Claiming Prizes in Pennsylvania

Discover how to claim your Pennsylvania Lottery scratch-off prize, whether it's a smaller amount or a substantial jackpot. You have up to one year from the game's end-sale date to claim your prize, and for scratchers without a set closing date, the deadline remains open.

Note: Prize claims over $1,000 are public information, including your name, residence, and the amount won. However, sharing additional details about your win is optional.

Claiming By Prize Value

Prizes of $2,500 or Below: Claim at any Pennsylvania Lottery retailer. Larger prizes can be paid by check or money order upon request. Alternatively, you can claim by mail using a completed claim form for amounts over $600.

Prizes Above $250,000: Claim by mail with copies of your claim form and signed ticket. Alternatively, visit a Lottery Area Office for prizes exceeding $2,500, except annuity prizes which require a visit to the Middletown HQ.
